Delivery is usually made within 48hrs, however this is not a guarantee. Large orders and pallet loads may take longer. If you require your delivery next day, please contact us to confirm if this is possible.
We work with the leading courier in the UK, Interlink Express. Interlink are part of the DPD Group who are an ever growing force in the parcel delivery market. All parcels over 1kg will be sent with them, with smaller items being sent with Royal Mail. Pallets are sent using Palletways, who are also the leading supplier of pallet transport in the UK.
We try not to charge a surcharge for remote locations, N Ireland, Highlands or Islands. However this is not always possible, if your parcel is too heavy or too large for our courier we may contact you for payment of a small surcharge.
Delivery times when provided are only an approximation and are not to be treated as the essence of the contract between the company and the customer.
Tracking Your Parcel
Your parcel can be tracked from the very moment you place an order with us online. You will first receive an order confirmation email from us followed by another email letting you know when the order has been dispatched. This is usually the same day or next working day. On the morning of your delivery Interlink will send you a text message or email with a one hour time window for delivery. Instructions are included in the message to rearrange if the time is not suitable for you. You can also track the progress of your delivery online at www.interlinkexpress.com
Returns And Refunds.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or if you are not happy with the goods, please contact us on 01492 588116 or email us at email@example.com for details on repair, refund or exchange.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product, providing (in the case of any non-defective products) it is in a fully resalable condition within 28 days of purchase. Returned items should be in original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
